About project
The project was implemented as a strategic project during the employment with Konzum d.d.
We had the role of the leader of the energy team, whose task was to gather the energy team and, in cooperation with internal forces, design and create an energy management system according to the requirements of the international standard ISO 50 001.
As part of the project, energy audits were made of the retail chain with the largest number of branches and logistics centers at different locations in the Republic of Croatia.
